In House Facilities

The Wolverhampton Hospital has three well equipped operating theatres, theatre preparation room, X-Ray and ultrasound rooms.

A wide range of specialist equipment is available for soft tissue surgery and orthopaedic surgery.

Dental equipment includes a modern ultrasonic de-scaler, high speed burrs and polishers.

Our in-house laboratory contains advanced equipment allowing testing to be performed on blood, urine, skin and faecal samples. Results are usually available within 24 hours. Other samples may be sent to external specialist laboratories.

X-Ray, ultrasound and endoscopy facilities are available and are used when required to aid in diagnosing your pet’s problems.

We also undertake electrocardiograms (ECGs), blood pressure measurements and tonometry (eye pressure for Glaucoma), as needed.
